Diners can order from Tzucoʼs exclusive to-go menu, including ceviche rojo with shrimp, guajillo-lime aguachile, tortilla chips, pickled red onions and cucumber; chile relleno, a stuffed poblano pepper with mushrooms, tomato fondue, panela cheese; pulp with guajillo roasted octopus, garlic fingerling potatoes, pan de Centeno; short ribs with braised jus reduction, parsnip purée and greens; and tres leches, a vanilla biscuit with coconut milk, coconut cream and berries.
